Additionally, please be aware that Bakkt Crypto does not offer staking services. By utilizing Bakkt Crypto for execution services, Titan Clients may forgo the opportunity to earn additional cryptocurrency through staking mechanisms.

Regarding the inception date, the Titan Flagship strategy’s inception date is defined as 2/20/18 (or 2/28/18 for Betterment and PCI, as further detailed below). Year-to-date results for 2022 are measured from 1/1/22 through the last day of the previous month. Results for 2018 are measured from the inception date through 12/31/18. Annualized returns represent the internal rate of return from the inception date through the last day of the previous month. It’s important to note that the inception date for other Titan strategies may vary. Specifically, the inception date for Titan Opportunities is defined as 8/17/20, for Titan Offshore it is defined as 4/6/21, for Crypto it is defined as 8/10/21, for Automated Stocks it is defined as 2/3/23, and for Automated Bonds it is defined as 2/3/23.
For a fictitious client holding at least $10,000 in net assets with Titan, the performance outcomes are displayed. A 2% annual cash APY return for cash investments held in Titan Flagship, Titan Opportunities, Titan Offshore, and Crypto (“Titan Strategies”) was achieved for the performance period of 7/8/22 to 1/17/23. In the Cash Sweep Program, a client’s first $10,000 in cash holdings received a 2% APY, while all other cash holdings received a 0.5% APY. The annual cash APY increased to 3.20% on 1/18/2023 and is now valid for all cash balances.

As of the aforementioned Inception Dates matching with the Titan strategy, these performance figures indicate the performance of a fictitious account invested in one of the Titan Strategies: Titan Flagship, Titan Opportunities, Titan Offshore, Crypto, Automated Stocks, or Automated Bonds. Results apply Titan’s investment methodology to a risky portfolio for each individual approach. The Internal Rate of Return (“IRR”) calculated net of fees and incorporating dividends and other adjustments is shown as All-Time (annualized). Using an illustrated hypothetical starting account value of $1,000 at the account’s inception date and its ending value on the last day of the previous month, IRR is calculated using Microsoft Excel’s XIRR function.
Performance results for any Titan methods as compared to Illustrative Benchmark performance are also provided solely for informational purposes. “Illustrative Benchmarks” are portfolios managed by Betterment 100% Stock Portfolio (“Betterment”), Wealthfront Taxable Risk Score 10.0 Portfolio (“Wealthfront”), Standard & Poor’s 500 Index (“S&P 500”), Russell 2000 Index (“Russell 2000”), MSCI ACWI ex US ETF (“MSCI World ex-US”), and ARC USD Equity Risk Private Client Index (“PCI”). Titan’s investment program and methods are different from those of any Illustrative Benchmarks, and its volatility may differ significantly from any Illustrative Benchmark volatility. Since Titan does not independently calculate or disseminate the Illustrative Benchmarks, Titan cannot attest to the data’s accuracy or completeness. It is not implied by any mention of or comparison to an Illustrative Benchmark that Titan’s portfolio or strategies will be built in the same manner as the Illustrative Benchmark or will have returns, volatility, or other outcomes that are comparable to those of the Illustrative Benchmark.
The S&P 500, Russell 2000, and MSCI World ex-US, three unmanaged market capitalization-weighted indices of common stocks, are chosen to represent U.S. big cap, U.S. small/mid cap, and overseas equity performance based on market size, liquidity, and industry group representation. Dividend reinvestment is taken into account in the Russell 2000 and S&P 500 results, but transaction costs are not taken into consideration. The expense ratio of the ETF is included in the MSCI World ex-US numbers, but any additional transaction fees are not.

Harvesting tax losses
